The magazine keeps 8 (6) selectable diameter ranges set up simultaneously. Switching to another diameter takes seconds thanks to the quick-change automatic — no mechanical changeover required. Operation runs on an 18 cm (7″) widescreen touch display.
Smooth bar guidance at maximum cutting speeds
The 360° closed, oil-flooded guide channels with hydrodynamic bearing guide the rotating bar with minimal vibration — for maximum cutting speeds and turning precision. Optionally, the PROFImat handles process-integrated remnant disposal; the axial slide simplifies the replacement of the spindle liner tubes.
